SUID refers to the sudden and unexpected loss of an infant, often during sleep, when the cause may not be immediately known. SUID includes Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), accidental suffocation or strangulation in bed, and other deaths where the cause remains unknown.

 This page is a place to honor babies whose lives ended suddenly and unexpectedly.
